New Chair of CTS

The Rev Dr Jonathan Pye has started as the new Chair of Churches Together in Somerset. Dr Pye is an experienced ecumenist and serves as the District Chair of The Bristol District of The Methodist Church. He is a member of The Enabling Group of Churches Together in England and is Co-Chair of The Methodist-Anglican Panel for Unity in Mission.

Dr Pye is a former Principal of Wesley College, Bristol.

The CTS Chair is chair of its Standing Committee and of the Somerset Senior Church Leaders’ Group (Presidents of CTS).
