Congratulations to Churches Together in Keynsham and Saltford on their 30th anniversary!

Lots of community and church events are planned in Keynsham and Saltford over the coming days and weeks to mark their 30th anniversary, including a Community Action Day on Saturday 25 June.

At their AGM on 16 June, four priorities were agreed for the coming year;

  • Climate Crisis - taking part in local Eco Festival and Christian Aid

  • Supporting refugees and evacuees - Hope for Ukraine/Sanctuary Foundation

  • Debt and poverty - Church Action on Poverty debt coach

  • Schools and Youth Strategy - Wellsway School Chaplaincy and more

Jonathan LLoyd, County Ecumenical Officer said: 'I was delighted to be at the AGM, to meet Christians from Saltford and Keynsham and hear about the work, prayer and action of Churches Together there.'
